Creative Lancashire champions the region’s vibrant creative sector, from design and film to music, fashion and architecture.

As a Lancashire-based business, we’ve been proud to support the journey from the start. We've helped shape the brand, produced publications and film content, and always focused on celebrating the power of creativity in our region.

Creative roots

Creative Lancashire’s original brand was influenced by wider branding guidelines at the time. We had to keep it simple and in line with other supporting partners. To bring a sense of creativity and character, a graphic was introduced to reflect the dynamic connections within the creative industries.

Building on that foundation, we developed Conversations in Creativity. A series of events designed to spark dialogue and collaboration across the creative community. What began as a simple idea has grown into a go-to platform for thought leadership, with panels, talks and discussions that bring together voices from across the creative spectrum. Now a regular fixture in Lancashire’s cultural calendar, the series champions knowledge-sharing and inspires both emerging and established talent.

The story so far

In recent years, we’ve focused on telling the stories behind some of the region’s most exciting creative work. Through film, we’ve captured the energy of events like the Festival of Making and Makers in Action, shining a light on the people, processes and passion behind them.

These films celebrate the personal journeys of makers and creatives across Lancashire. We’ve taken a simple, honest approach, focusing on real stories and the spirit that drives the work.
